The Client Service Accountant will be a key member of WE’s Client Billing team that coordinates the company’s revenue accounting activities across multiple companies and business units. This role will handle end to end client billing, including client invoicing, client budget tracking and accounts receivable management, across a portfolio of company clients. This role is in a unique position of partnership with non accounting personnel to track and communicate activity against client budgets. Applicants should have the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial staff in a timely and courteous way. Communication with client services accountant is both internal and external with our clients directly and a high standard of professionalism is expected in this role.
Perform billing activities for a portfolio of agency clients including the accurate tracking of revenue and job costs and timely issuance of invoices to clients.
