What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate: Work closely with teams to understand goals, audiences, and branding to transform their content into visually engaging narratives that resonate with clients. Breathe life into RFI/RFP responses, capabilities/pitch decks, and more.
  • Show design excellence: Adapt and apply your design skills to diverse projects, from PowerPoint decks and one-sheeters to infographics, logos, and social media graphics.
  • Be flexible: Stay ready to pivot as needed. Have a positive attitude and work well within a super-fast-paced environment.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of evolving design trends and new media. Have a keen understanding of integration and how to leverage animation to elevate.

What you've been able to accomplish

  • Strong layout and design skills, and experience taking a brand's existing look and feel and translating it into a presentation deck.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Experience using Adobe CS, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • A diverse portfolio with 1-3 years of experience as a professional graphic designer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with video, as well as a basic understanding of web design, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the business development process.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion.
  • Experience working with colleagues in multiple locations/time zones.
  • Strong presentation and consulting skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Your Salary: 

The target range of base salary in all locations within the United States for this role is $52,000 - $65,000 per year. Actual salary is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to business needs, level of responsibility, skill set, level of experience, and geographical location.
