We need a paid media Einstein, someone with #goals (squad or otherwise), a flair for the creative, and an analytical mind to join our social & digital strategies team. They’ll be our paid social media mastermind on some of our largest accounts, learning how audiences tick, developing campaigns, pulling the right levers and measuring throughout. Partnership is the name of the game – you’ll work with internal teams and clients to develop communications and marketing campaigns that inspire, as well as keep them humming along to plan.  



  • Responsible for executing social media campaigns including paid social media campaigns from set up, execution, management, optimizations, and reporting all while collaborate with various internal teams (including social, content, creative, PR and account planning) and advertising partners to brainstorm and deliver integrated media plans for clients
  • Create and scale innovative social advertising programs with the support of social media specialists
  • Design structured campaign tests, define success criteria, and analyze results
  • Optimize all social advertising campaigns using levers including customer targeting, content, creative and bid optimization
  • Track, measure and report on channel results; provide insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations based on performance for clients and teams
  • Deliver against campaign plans and deliverables on time and on budget
  • Manage insertion orders and aid in resolution of billing & reporting discrepancies
  • Effectively manage and understand research relating to the audience, brand, culture, and media channels
  • Recommend and evaluate research that will aid in the consumer insight gathering and strategy development processes
  •  Manage and lead competitive industry analysis
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and build new opportunities for client projects
  • Create great vendor relationships with primary social partners (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
  • Work closely with the rest of the social strategies team to help develop and execute on strategy, social content recommendations, and paid media plans; and embed in account team projects as assigned



  • Minimum 4 years of paid digital media, with heavy focus on paid social media, along with integrated digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting or applicable industry
  • Proven success planning and executing digital advertising or paid social media campaign
  • Experience creating, presenting, and executing digital media plans
  • Experience with media planning tools (Atlas, DoubleClick, Sizmek) and social media tools (Sprinklr, HootSuite, Sprout Social)
  • Experience using native social ad platforms – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube ad words
  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing
  • Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong technical competency and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated client service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in Marketing or related field
