Responsibilities

Job Functions:

    • Bring Brand Identity to Life across Marketing Integrated Campaigns: Define and shape the creative concept for agency marketing campaigns to ensure the brand’s identity is being preserved, promoted and innovated upon, and shows up well in all materials, content and assets produced to support marketing priorities, from CEO and executive materials, leadership announcements to sponsored content partnership with media publications, to advertising and online/event presence.
    • Brands in Motion: Provide art and creative direction (where required) for the launch and ongoing marketing communication campaign activities that support the Brands in Motion (BIM) and Stories in Motion (SIM), agency intellectual capital storytelling, packaging and promotion initiatives. This will cover a wide range of design disciplines from creative presentations through to content hub website designs.
    • Thought Leadership: As part of the broader brand awareness activities driven by the agency marketing team, contribute and deliver thought leadership content and counsel to VP of marketing and team members.
    • Other job duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

 

ATTRIBUTES

  • Portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver campaigns across both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Must be adept at creative problem solving on the fly and thinking on your feet
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget (quick turn, high quality work)
  • Strong understanding on the future direction of integrated communications 
  • Ability to communicate ideas, decisions and reasoning clearly and confidently
  • Data visualization skills required
  • An ability to be patient and focused under tight deadlines, work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks for each
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and with multiple project owners at once
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience as professional graphic designer in multimedia agency, advertising agency, or design studio
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with HTML and CSS, including HTML e-newsletters and transmission
  • Understanding of website delivery, from wireframe to hosting
  • Experience with After Effects and animated graphics is advantageous
  • Proficiency with WordPress and Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel) is required.
