WE is looking for a digital strategy lead in our New York office to help grow our digital business. This person will oversee 1-2 direct reports, work closely with the Digital Strategies teams in Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland, and report directly to the VP, Digital Strategy.







  • Lead and develop comprehensive digital strategy for our North America clients, including social media, mobile, search and other digital elements
  • Lead key digital tech and consumer related accounts  
  • Work closely with account and creative teams to build strategic and creative integrated programs
  • Work directly with Vice President and rest of the Digital Strategies team across our North America offices to ensure all deliverables are on strategy, on time, and of the highest quality
  • Identify digital opportunities and drive digital growth for the New York office and across North America
  • Play a large role with evangelizing our digital capabilities with internal teams, existing clients, and prospects
  • Strategic, well-versed in current digital marketing and social media trends
  • Ability to provide strategic vision, and execute on programs and tactics when needed  
  • Bring a strong point of view to the table through active participation in brainstorms, ongoing client recommendations, and POVs
  • Help secure new business by delivering formal and informal presentations to existing clients and prospects
  • Develop written proposals, presentations, and case studies
  • Build and maintain strong vendor/partner relationships









  • Bachelors degree or above required in marketing, communications or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, online media planning, and/or client services
  • 2-3 years of managing direct reports
  • Deep experience with social media and the emerging media space
  • Fluency with marketing data, reporting, analysis, and insight generation
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing skills of junior-level staff
  • Demonstrated ability to teach analytic skills to staff members
  • Solid presentation skills to various audiences, including senior executives
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms and multi-channel measurement technologies
  • Knowledge of audience and media research tools such as CEB Iconoculture, Comscore, eMarketer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
