Overview

The Vice President - Digital Consulting will be responsible for leading digital strategy and implementation for an assigned client base. The role will reside within the agency's Brand Purpose & Reputation Management Team which works with companies to build campaigns that advance and defend  their brand including areas of corporate and social responsibility, crisis communications, public affairs, financial communications, and executive platforms. The VP will partner with senior leadership to build campaigns for existing client as well as drive new efforts to grow digital and integrated marketing business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across several of the agency’s top technology and corporate accounts.
  • Provide strategic counsel for clients and executives within the digital landscape including social media, paid media, content marketing, measurement, and SEO.
  • Partners with Account Leadership to develop and manage cross-platform/cross-channel digital initiatives targeted for corporate brand reputation management such as executive platforms, crisis communications, public affairs, financial communications and corporate social responsibility.
  • Collaborate and work closely with our Insight & Analytics team to develop comprehensive measurement and tracking plans to measure performance in order to identify key audience and brand trends.
  • Work to drive new business and strategic account growth efforts in partnership with Account Leadership and Business Development in an effort to strategically grow agency digital and  integrated marketing business.

  • A creative thinker with a proven track record of using data, trends and insights to frame and solve business challenges in new ways.
  • Excellent account management and proactive planning skills.
  • A true digital native – understands the digital landscape, trends and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in brand purpose and reputation management disciplines.
  • Bias towards strategy frameworks and solutions that are highly actionable.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools including Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven written and verbal presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into a compelling story.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
  • High degree of analytical ability, intellectual curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and business knowledge.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, tools and platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about integrated communications industry and agency landscape.
