We are looking for a senior leader to join our Insights & Analytics Team!

We are looking for a Vice President or Senior Vice President to help build out and advance our Insights and Analytics offer in North America. The ideal candidate will 12+ years’ experience in relevant fields and have the knowledge and personality to educate and excite around insights.  The successful candidate will be an enterprising, self-starter who is well organized, creative, independent, and self-motivated, with exceptional presentation, written and oral communications skills, who can exhibit acute business acumen and experience in managing/building solutions and services that are market leading. 

 

The candidate must have extensive experience in research, consulting and client management skills; along with an in-depth understanding of communications. They must excel in business development, team/project management, and creating strong relationships with leaders and influential stakeholders.  They’ll be up to date on the latest research technologies, excited by ‘what could be’ and want.  They will have the proven skill to grow new and existing client portfolios.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue in partnership with North America sector leads/team and new business team
  • Be on the I&A Leadership team and help advance and accelerate the agency’s insights and analytics capabilities and client solutions
  • Lead and build a team of insights and analytics strategists, retain high performing talent, grow skillsets with existing team

Qualifications

Expectations & Experience

Client Service & Revenue Growth

  • Create new business opportunities and meet revenue targets
  • Develop strategic growth plans for priority clients
  • Anticipate client needs and problem solve
  • Develop client relationships that generate repeat business

Insights & Research Delivery

  • Experience within a public relations agency. Experience in brand or consumer insights agency a plus but not required.
  • Experience with technology industry (consumer or healthcare industry experience a plus) bringing an understanding of the industry and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrate ability to pull meaning from variety of data sources and apply insights to actionable outcomes
  • Ability to define business requirements and partner with a global solutions development team to build out client solutions

Leadership

  • Work effectively with a variety of internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with variety of skillsets, experience with insights, data and analytics
  • Have a POV on the evolution of research techniques, methodologies and big data to continuously advance the agency’s insights and analytics capabilities

Team Management

  • Ability to coach and nurture existing team to build new skillsets and talents
  • Ability to mobilize the right talent at the right time
  • Grow and build a team as the business grows   

Qualifications

  • 12-15 years experience in related areas
