  • Overview

     

    The Executive Vice President, Integrated Services, is responsible for the continued success and growth of the Integrated Services (IS) business at WE. The Integrated Services team is comprised of skilled and diverse staff who develop and deliver strategic services in the fields of Social, Digital, Creative, Content, and Project Management. This individual reports to Kass Sells (President, North America) and is responsible for the strategic direction and business performance of the IS team.

     

    Responsibilities

     

     

    • Strategy: Develops and implements the strategic plan for Integrated Services offering in connection with the broader agency objectives. Integrates with global counterparts and WE+ partners to enable a cohesive approach to meeting current and future client opportunities.
    • Team Leadership: Manages NA-based team with a focus on attraction, development and retention of IS staff. Determines approach for integrating new skills into the team via outside hires or targeted training.
    • Team Integration and Project Management: Ensures seamless integration between IS staff and broader agency account teams. Oversees large, cross-platform digital, creative and content initiatives and responsible for the overall success of integrated services programs and deliverables.
    • Account & Financial Management: Ownership and growth of P&L currently totaling more than $6 million in revenue. Drive business planning, budgeting and forecasting for the P&L and in conjunction with NA sector teams. Actively involved in all aspects of account profitability, account health, client service and billing, and team success.
    • Agency Collaboration: Champion IS offering and delivery in partnership with NA leadership team. Integrate effectively with Insights and Analytics team to measure success of programs and projects. Collaborate with EMEA and APAC colleagues to develop a consistent global offering where appropriate.
    • Client Relations: Provides highest level strategic counsel/input. As needed, interacts with highest level clients and executives. Demonstrates excellent judgment in difficult client and staff situations. Ideates, develops and drives creative communications plans that achieve client and agency goals.
    • New Business: Drives and participates in new business efforts in partnership with regional sector leads and global agency leads in order to grow the IS business at the agency through integrated offerings.
    • Results-oriented: Manage all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement and ensure all communications efforts – from PR, to marketing, to visual, to social media – are working together. Ensure all campaign impact is monitored, measured and adjusted to optimize ROI and consistently successful programs for clients.
    • Industry Knowledge: Brings an industry view to the process and oversight of developing client goals, predicting outcomes, and recommendations for best client, and agency business results. Drives thought leadership with internal and external audiences. Maintains an active industry presence and stays current on market position, competitive set, and key messages. Understands influence, audience and the ‘influence funnel’ and how IS can work to inspire, engage and build loyalty with audiences

     

    Qualifications

    • Active on social platforms and able to use profile for business impact
    • Previous experience with P&L or budget responsibility

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 15+ years of experience marketing and communications experience; strategic understanding of digital/social platforms and creative/design elements is a must
    • 8-10 years direct experience supervising individuals and managing teams
    • 10+ years project management experience
    • Strong ability to model projects, resources, and map to revenue
    • Long and short form content creation, and video and audio production expertise
    • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of complex products, services and solutions
    • Flexible, willing to learn as well as influence
