    At WE London, we are currently looking for an influencer specialist with a strong passion for integrated comms to join our team of 50 in our Covent Garden office. The role will involve the introduction, development and execution of influencer projects across a diverse portfolio of clients, and will rely on the relationships you are able to build with a wide range of influencers, from media, to popular bloggers and online personalities.

    • Having a deep passion for technology across both business and consumer audiences
    • Having a deep understanding of the influencer world and proven experience of relationships with online and offline influencers
    • The ability to provide insightful team and client counsel on how to integrate digital influencers into traditional PR campaigns
    • Experience of executing digital-led integrated comms campaigns across different channels
    • Having a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and contribute, and a voice in our collaborative team

    Main Accountabilities


    • Development of regular ‘smaller influencer campaign’ plans as well as overall client strategy
    • Solid media and influencer relations skills – via traditional, social and digital channels
    • Story generation abilities – helping to brainstorm ideas to generate coverage for clients
    • Ability to work with the digital and content teams – adding value wherever possible




    Key Attributes of the Candidate


    Previous proven experience:

    • Typically at least 2-3 years’ experience in communications, preferably in an agency setting or within applicable industry
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
    • Strong content creation skills – video scripts, social editorial, blog, press releases etc.
    • Familiarity with current and emerging digital media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, forums and blogs
    • Competency with social listening tools, measurement tools, databases etc.


    Agency Business:

    • Ability to meet WE guidelines on best business practices including utilisation, daily timesheets, accurate billing, timely expense reports, etc.



    • Comfortable in a fast paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.), with a very open culture
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Willingness to take risks
    • Interest in technology and how it’s changing our world
