    Our public affairs team in Seattle has an opening for a leader ready to develop a comprehensive integrated communications program for a global policy challenge. The Vice President will partner closely with clients to define the challenge, develop a strategic communications approach and support executive communications. In addition to overseeing the execution of the plan, the VP will play a key role in guiding day-to-day media relations and act as a strategic integrator, ensuring multiple teams are coordinated across the account. 

    The ideal candidate is: An experienced client manager and diplomat. Not a political neophyte. Absorbs detail but can fly at 30,000 feet. Experienced in media relations. Believes in the power of teamwork and developing others. Ready to crush a new challenge. You in?


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Digital Technologies discipline or similar applicable field.
    • 8-10+ years of marketing and communications experience required with applicable project/program management experience.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in leading and management of a diverse team.
    • Proven success in establishing relationships, being a high bandwidth communicator, with a track record of excellent collaboration.


    Additional Requirements:

    • Travel: may on occasion need to travel, up to 20%
    • Solid organizational and project management skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
    • Possess exceptional communications skills and attention to detail.
    • Customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist.
    • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week
    • Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations
    • Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English
    • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
