    Are you equal parts creative and analytical? Interested in working with one of the largest technology brands in the world? WE Communications - one of the largest independent integrated communications agencies - is looking for a full-time Coordinator & Project Manager candidate to support our industry analyst team on the Microsoft account.


    This role will provide assistance to our analyst relations team on the Microsoft account. This person will partner with team members to organize scheduling and logistics for meetings and other engagements, help us with document management and support some of our key reporting deliverables. This is a high energy role that is ideal for a self-starting candidate who is task orientated and has strong program management skills.


    The WE Communications AR team is a fun, dynamic and creative team. We are looking for candidates with passion for helping our clients with analyst briefings, inquiries, industry and client events, and more! 


    Analyst meeting coordination

    • Partner with account team to liaise between clients and industry analysts to book meetings + other engagements.
    • Handle onsite logistics for meetings + other engagements (site visits, catering, transportation, etc.)
    • Work with client executive administrative assistants to book executive schedule.


    Document Management + Rhythm of Business Acumen

    • Provide top-notch organizational skills.
    • Manage team against weekly deadlines for reporting deliverables.
    • Manage document management system.


    Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking

    • Ability to prioritize & manage time.
    • Flexibility to move in different directions as needed.


    People Leadership

    • Demonstrate personal leadership.
    • Take accountability for role on projects.

    • Typically 2-3 year of professional experience

    • Proficiency in computers & standard office applications (Microsoft Office, Teams, Dynamics, Sharepoint is preferred)

    • Comfortable with integrated communication principles

    • High level of initiative

    • Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and meet deadlines
