WE’s Brand Purpose & Reputation team is looking for a Vice President with extensive experience driving integrated and digital purpose-oriented campaigns. This VP will partner closely with the Purpose & Reputation leadership team to develop and promote thought leadership for the agency; play a key role in driving new business across U.S. markets; and roll up your sleeves to lead account teams executing integrated communications initiatives for clients.
The ideal candidate is: An experienced client counselor and industry thought leader. A brand purpose and CSR expert who has deep experience connecting the private sector with global and nonprofit organizations. Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking
Oversee integrated account teams and dive into day to day work
Closely monitor trends in purpose, CSR and corporate reputation and share actionable insights and recommendations to agency and clients
New Business Development and Thought Leadership
Lead preparation and delivery of organic growth or new business proposal content and in-person pitch meetings
Identify new business leads and develop and execute pursuit plans
Coordinate and pursue cross-account/practice and global business opportunities
Build budgets and scopes of work for new or organic growth opportunities
Lead account teams to successfully execute ongoing client projects
Oversee resource allocation across team including staffing/hiring/onboarding new talent
