    With an office in the heart of Covent Garden, we are keen to bolster our internal marketing and comms ranks with the investment hire of a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to support our EMEA and APAC offices. 

     

    This a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious marketer who wants to ply their trade on an international scale, whilst having constant access to senior stakeholders and decision makers.  The marketing team is the at the heart of our agency, pivotal to our multi-market success and ensuring our brand positioning and awareness is exactly where it needs to be.  You will report directly into our Senior Marketing Manager International, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow and test yourself in our collaborative and fast-paced environment.

     

    Key strengths within this role include; outstanding writing and content creation skills, the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders – across multiple regions and time zones.  Outstanding digital marketing skills, allowing us to drive both our internal and external communications across all digital and social channels.  The ability to be part of a collaborative team, thriving on delivering multi-region comms that drive the agencies presence and POV.

    Responsibilities

    Main Accountabilities:

    • Support execution of annual global marketing plan that will generate heightened brand awareness and increased sales leads for WE
    • Implement and execute agency marketing campaigns including agency IC and methodology with a strong emphasis and digital and social channels.
    • Identify and produce a steady cadence of events/activations that will support sectors, services, and key geographies, etc.
    • Support on internal communications and help connect the dots with external communications
    • Support WE executives with strong thought leadership by geography and sector
    • Website maintenance and social media engagement
    • Awards strategy, case study development and submission
    • Generate agency coverage in trade media and maintain media list and relationships with journalists
    • Partner closely with Digital Marketing Manager to amplify all activities digital and social platforms (i.e. FB, LI, Twitter, etc.)
    • Identify the platforms for potential opportunities to promote the agency’s IC and develop relationships with the industry event organisers

    • Creative thinker with strong eye for agency voice and high quality design
    • Self-starter with initiative to constantly enhance and improve the work the team does
    • Must be adept at creative problem solving quickly and thinking on your feet
    • Strong writing skills a must
    • Excellent understanding of digital and social platforms(Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) – including measurement and analytics.
    • Exceptional diplomacy and a proven ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
    • Knowledge of and experience with array of digital media and User Experience – and the ability to translate to clients’ needs
    • Client and business environment: Customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist from requirement of handling multiple tasks
    • Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations
    • Fast-paced team (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.).
    • Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion; ability to travel

     

     

    Qualifications

    Previous Proven Experience:

     

    • 2-4 years of digital marketing, content, communications, journalism, social media and marketing
    • Experience in-house or in a services company designing and executing marketing campaigns
    • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels including paid on digital
    • Understanding of or proficiency in tools that can generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them through the pipeline
    • Strong examples of flawless execution against a variety of events/activities
