    WE Communications, one of the world’s largest independent integrated communications agencies, is looking for driven professionals to join our highly successful office in Munich. With an office in Sandstraße 33, we are keen to bolster our ranks with a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Healthcare Practice and work on a number of our key integrated healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.


    Our Munich office is one of 18 across the globe, and it’s expanding rapidly. We work across time zones and continents. We are currently looking for a first-class PR/Comms operator to become an integral part of our award-winning team, working on one of our largest and most established global clients; providing insightful client counsel, a deep understanding of the healthcare space and passion for business writing.


    You are required to have a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, contribute and have a voice in our super-collaborative team.  We also require you to have solid agency experience to date, whilst mastering the ability to manage both up and down – ensuring you develop, as well as your direct reports.  Our clients require a range of services, from a headline in the news to compelling digital experiences through to educational materials with impact. We are looking for someone who is inspired by starting healthy conversations and can apply razor sharp strategic acumen to deliver integrated communications programmes that achieve measurable outcomes.


    This a great opportunity for an ambitious SAE to join our super-collaborative team and help us drive full integration across our client portfolio, allowing you to become an integral part on a number of clients.  You will also have a solid understanding of how best to optimise both traditional and digital communication in order to deliver excellent integrated strategies.

    Main Accountabilities:

    • Integrated (traditional and digital) strategy and campaign development experience
    • Solid media relations skills, whilst already having strong and established relationships with local German and EMEA wide media
    • Story generation – helping to brainstorm ideas to generate coverage for clients
    • Ability to work with the digital and creative teams– providing well thought out briefs a variety of projects such as microsites, infographics and visuals

    Previous proven experience:

    • At least 3 years’ experience in communications – in an agency and/or within applicable industry
    • New business development experience
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
    • Strong content creation skills – blog, press releases etc.
    • Experience of working across very technical and heavily regulated clients, with the ability to seamlessly transition to more consumer-orientated clients


    Agency Business

    • Meet WE guidelines on best business practices including utilization, daily timesheets, accurate billing, timely expense reports, etc.
    • Manage and understand how to utilize internal client service teams (editing, production, library, etc.) to ensure quality, comprehensive service to clients
