    WE is looking for a digital strategy lead in our Seattle office to support integrated marketing planning, strategy, creative, and insights and analytics teams across a variety of projects. This role will report directly to the VP, Digital Strategy.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Lead and develop comprehensive digital strategy for our North America clients, including social media, advertising, search, email and other digital elements
    • Lead key digital tech accounts
    • Work closely with account and creative teams to build strategic and creative integrated programs
    • Work directly with Vice President and rest of the Integrated Services team across our North America offices to ensure all deliverables are on strategy, on time, and of the highest quality
    • Participate in new business and organic growth by identifying digital opportunities across our existing business
    • Play a large role with evangelizing our digital capabilities with internal teams, existing clients, and prospects
    • Strategic, well-versed in current audience analysis and insights, digital marketing, demand generation, social media, and omni-channel practices
    • Ability to partner with research and insights teams to understand audience behaviors and trends to develop insights and translate that to marketing communications and tactics
    • Ability to provide strategic vision, and execute on programs and tactics when needed
    • Bring a strong point of view to the table through active participation in brainstorms, ongoing client recommendations, and POVs
    • Help secure new business by delivering formal and informal presentations to existing clients and prospects
    • Develop written proposals, presentations, and case studies
    • Build and maintain strong vendor/partner relationships

     

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree or above required in marketing, communications or a related field
    • 6-9 years of experience in digital marketing, online media planning, and/or client services
    • Strong financial planning and management skills
    • Fluency with marketing data, reporting, analysis, and insight generation
    • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing skills of junior-level staff
    • Demonstrated ability to teach analytic skills to staff members
    • Solid presentation skills to various audiences, including senior executives
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
    • Strong relationship-building skills
    • Knowledge of analytics platforms and multi-channel measurement technologies
    • Knowledge of audience and media research tools such as CEB Iconoculture, Comscore, eMarketer
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
