    Summary

     

    WE is looking for a bright and driven Operations Project Manager—a flawless executor, a structural mastermind, the kind of person who plots out itineraries and budgets in his or her spare time. The Operations Project Manager will oversee a range of projects of varying complexity, and work closely with internal teams to manage the agency’s various operational needs to support the deployment of it’s Insight and Analytics capabilities internally and with clients.   Our ideal candidate? Someone who’s a methodical planner, comfortable with media and social intelligence software, project management methodology, and fluent in good old-fashioned getting stuff done (aka scrappy).

     

    Our Operations Project Manager will project manage the operations and process to deploy intelligence software broadly to the agency team and the infrastructure to support new agency capabilities. This is a defined term position, ending on December 31, 2018. 

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute a project plan to deploy media and social intelligence software to the agency globally
    • Develop and manage the infrastructure and process for delivering real-time social media insight & analytics capabilities to the agency’s account team members
    • Develop a process and plan for an operations model to manage the media and social intelligence software to pull relevant data to support client needs

    Project Execution:

    • Coordinates all project activities and stages with internal stakeholders and external tool vendors to ensure tasks are completed appropriately and according to schedule and strategy. Tasks include debriefs, status check in, stakeholder reviews, etc.
    • Communicates actions and next steps clearly via timelines, project team updates, and status reports
    • Develops, reviews and maintains project documentation, including status reports, project schedules, budgets, meeting summaries and review details
    • Maintains vendor/partner relationships pertaining to the project at hand as needed

     

    Scope Resourcing

    • Provides recommendations on scope and project teams for incoming work to ensure the correct mix of expertise is scoped according to the project needs

     

    Delivery and Quality Assurance

    • Collaborates with team to ensure the relevancy, strategy, quality and timeliness of each project deliverable

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 4-5+ years of project management experience managing multi-phased, analytics projects, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
    • Knowledgeable in media and social intelligence software, marketing technology strategy projects
    • Understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans, develop specifications, perform resource allocations, manage project financials (budget, forecast, pacing and reporting) and run team communications
    • Ability to work across multiple projects and with multiple project owners at once
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Bachelor’s degree required
