    WE Communications is looking for a Marketing Strategist for North America, reporting to NA Marketing Director. Driver of WE brand initiatives across North America to support NA President, Sector Business Leads and local office General Managers’ business strategies and priorities.

    Responsibilities


    • Drive day-to-day activities to support NA marketing plan (paid, earned and owned) with the goal of generating heightened brand awareness and increased sales leads for NA.

    • Connect agency’s North America story/assets/content with that of our strong agency brand narrative; raise the profile of our sectors/services and make us more visible externally.

    • Liaise and partner with Global Marketing Team to facilitate, contribute and manage POV/content from NA Leadership and contribute to the global brand story.

    • Participate in production of a steady cadence of content (including content series, case studies and event highlights/recaps) that will support sectors and regions for new biz, on web site, on social channels as related to North America.

    • Program management of the following:


      • Case Studies: drive production, working across sector teams to highlight the agency’s best work. Coordinate with designers, copywriters and others to generate 2-3 new case studies per quarter.

      • Content Series: collaborate with NA Marketing team to generate ongoing, searchable, engaging content that brings the agency’s brand and POV to life, highlighting expertise in key sectors and markets.

      • Events: manage design and event execution, project manage accompanying creative and content requirements across owned channels. Orchestrate project team and cross-regional team meetings to ensure clear execution of events and announcements against agreed timelines.


    Qualifications

    Experience:



    • 5-7 years experience, with emphasis in marketing. 

    • Demonstrated success in program and project management of marketing campaigns.

    • Familiarity and demonstrated success in digital and visual storytelling, content strategy, business development, creative direction, social media strategy and nurturing leads through the pipeline.

    • Agency experience preferred.

    • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or applicable field is required.
