We’re hiring for a hybrid role that combines employee communications and program management to join the Human Resources/Employee Engagement team, to help educate, inspire and engage WE employees in the culture, programs and initiatives, today and beyond.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute proactive employee and Human Resource communication campaigns, manage regular rhythm of communications to support business outcomes  
    • Serve as a primary partner to marketing to create, promote content and engage target audiences on the agency website and select social channels
    • Be a storyteller and story strategist, creator and facilitator of communications for the Human Resources team. Partnership with subject matter experts, to support and deliver on the employer brand and employee value proposition.
    • Manage, execute and evolve select employee programs
    • Conduct research, report on employee and workforce trends
    • Facilitate partnerships and connections among and across Employee Resource Groups and the Diversity and Inclusion Employee Council
    • Help drive a sustained social media program to encourage employee participation, storytelling and story-sharing and engagement in partnership with Marketing
    • Write, edit various types of content to support, educate, inspire and appeal to employees
    • Other job duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications

     

    Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

    • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or other related discipline is required or a combination of education and experience. PHR/SHRM-CP professional certification is preferred
    • 5 years combined professional experience. A minimum of 3 years in marketing, content development, communications and Employee Engagement
    • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and social media / technology solutions
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Strong writing and editing skills for various types of content

     

    Additional Requirements:

    • Strong experience working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results
    • Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational, lines globally, virtually and in-person.
    • Savvy with Social media tools and environments – proficiency in the role of social media tools to manage company reputation and increase engagement
    • Experience designing, implementing, and measuring diverse, high impact employee programs and initiatives to support organizational objectives,
    • Ability to identify devise creative solutions and appetite for continuous improvement based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend and industry analysis\
    • Client and business environment:  Customer service orientation is a must.  Job pressure may exist from requirement of handling multiple tasks.
    • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion
    • Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations, Ability to travel.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
