  • Overview

    The Sr Art Director is responsible for creating compelling visual content from inception through production. This role will translate client and user needs into designs that are innovative and emotionally engaging. The Sr Director – Art will be responsible for developing dynamic and bold ideas to ensure design excellence when it comes to the quality of all creative deliverables.


    • In partnership with the Creative Director - directs, oversees, and is responsible for the overall quality of creative products.
    • Drives and coordinates the activities of various internal creative departments and external artistic contributors.
    • Manages creative projects from concept to completion and translates marketing objectives into creative strategies.
    • Lead and foster synergy with a diverse range of talent to convey the vision and values of agency
    • Leads the ideation and continuously flex creative business acumen
    • Drives the mission and vision of creative concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance client and agency brand strategies
    • Shapes the direction of the creative agency work, growth of the business (new business and organic growth) and maintains strong internal relationships with senior leads
    • Drive the creative threads in partnership through the agency’s integrated digital & social, content strategy teams.
    • Facilitates creative consultations with account teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, reviews, and client presentations.
    • Engage, mentor and develop team members ensuring creative outputs align to the agency’s expertise areas.
    • Other job duties as assigned.



    • Bachelor’s degree or advanced creative degree in Fine Art/Graphic Design or applicable field is required.
    • 7-10+ years of creative team management experience with proficiency in Adobe Suite;
    • 2-3 years of managing a creative/art designcline team and/or group
    • Experience in all creative disciplines and extensive client management and engagement experience is preferred
    • Proven success in managing large teams or multiple accounts preferred.
