    WE provides a breadth of communications services to clients across the healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals (pre- and post-approval), consumer health, health IT, medical devices, and life sciences.     We are looking for a seasoned senior account executive or account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator who thrives in an environment where passion, creativity and curiosity are valued. We are looking for someone who has experience with healthcare communications at all stages – from data milestones, to disease awareness campaigns and product approval. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with material development, influencer engagement, media relations strategy development, creating content for digital and social channels, and knowing how to motivate junior staff for results. Candidates must also have a passion for client service, staff development and networking with a keen interest to play that critical “hub” role supporting the success of our growing health practice.



    Client Service:

    • Lead client engagements, serving as day-to-day account manager
    • Demonstrate success in nurturing, growing and sustaining client relationships
    • Implement communication programs and assessment of campaign success in accordance with client planning process
    • Ensure flawless execution of all program elements across multichannel programs that incorporate digital and social media communications
    • Establish strong collaboration and communication across account teams                                         

    People Management:

    • Mentor and motivate staff with the goal of retention and development
    • Oversee resource allocation across team
    • Model and hold team accountable to demonstrating agency values

    Agency Business:

    • Support new and organic growth opportunities
    • Contribute to agency strategic planning initiatives
    • Educate & oversee team on cross agency activity


    • At least 4-5 years of agency experience in communications; health-industry expertise is required
    • Minimum of 3 years integrated communications management & execution experience, including drafting press releases, key messages and other creative assets; developing and pitching stories and/or overseeing media relations outreach; coordinating with specialists across broadcast, creative, insights & analytics; and research, brainstorm participation and slide development for planning and new business
    • Demonstrated creative & strategic mindset
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Excellent organizational skills & ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Sciences or related field preferred
