The Human Resources team is looking for the person who can translate numbers and data into meaningful recommendations and action; who can see the big picture as well as the steps needed to get there. This critical role manages the North American compensation programs and structure that support the company’s pay for performance philosophy and is a partner to the EMEA/APAC human resources team in making sure our programs and philosophies align. The Compensation Manager will be a trusted advisor to business leaders and a strong, collaborative partner with HR and Finance.
