A fantatsic opportunity for an experienced PR professional with at least 10-15 years experience of corporate reputation/sustainability/brand purpose communications.  Tangible client experience supporting global/blue-chip organisations. Have managed a team of minimum 5 people and advised C-suite on communications strategies. Technology and Healthcare experience preferable.

 

Skills:

  • Senior level PR experience, ideally in tech, enterprise, B2B
  • Experience in multi-national hub management
  • Experience in the full PR mix – social media, events etc
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Working knowledge of the Sustainability and / or the FMCG landscape – overall consumer and brand trends
  • Excellent client management skills and experience of working in multi-stakeholder environment
  • Experience of Crisis comms
  • Strong background in social media strategy development, ideally as part of a wider comms mix
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial experience

What you'll be doing at WE

Corporate Reputation and Brand Purpose  (CRBP)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the UK CRBP pipeline and convert OG opportunities
  • Develop knowledge and understanding within the UK team about WE’s CRBP offer and how to convert it to business
  • Develop CRBP marketing plan in the UK (events, awards, networks, regular cadence of content)
  • Work with CRBP colleagues globally to collaborate on new business opportunities, marketing, thought leadership and WE offer
  • As a member of the Sustainability V team, help develop WE’s Sustainability offer, promote knowledge and thought leadership in this space; identify / collaborate on global new biz opps

What you've been able to accomplish

 

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Sustainability and Purpose landscape in the UK
  • Experience of delivering change programs
  • Experience of corporate reputation leadership
  • Experience of working with External Affairs and / or Policy teams
  • ‘Black book’ of relevant contacts across media and influencer networks

Account management:

  • Monthly activity planning / reconciliation management / budget management
