In this role, storytelling will range across a variety of industry sectors including healthcare, retail, and financial services. The AD is responsible for day-to-day client management and satisfaction, serving as the point of strategic integration and counsel for the team. The Account Director will be a key decision-maker on an agency team and be responsible for day-to-day client management and satisfaction. They will serve as the point person for strategic integration and counsel for the business areas they represent across the Microsoft account.
The agency’s Cloud Communications team represents Microsoft’s cloud products (like Azure), as well as its solutions for industries and work with customers and partners around the globe. This role will lead two accounts within that team: Government and Partner. Experience in the public sector, and with Enterprise Technology clients is preferred. This is a great opportunity to hone leadership skills and subject matter focus on a single team. You’ll collaborate on our analyst relations campaigns and play an important role in our Microsoft client’s company launches, news moments and initiatives.
