Codeword is looking for an Account Supervisor, a PR pro with at least 4 years of experience who can handle clients and wants to work with exec, peer and junior staff as equals.
You will lead by example and help manage and teach our junior staff the trade. With support of the PR team, you will own and run your accounts with a support team and be responsible for crafting and implementing PR strategies that generate results for our clients. You will manage your account teams and direct reports on their career growth. You will contribute to our new business initiatives, be responsible for day-to-day client communications, and give confident counsel to clients on media strategy and media relations.
Codeword is looking for an Account Director that will create, manage, and execute consumer PR campaigns with media, influencers, and consumers on behalf of our clients. This position will be responsible for a significant component of the communications program targeting client’s customers. We’re looking for a communications pro for our growing Analyst Relations team that can manage day-to-day client and agency projects in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. You’ll collaborate on our analyst relations campaigns and play an important role in our Microsoft client’s company launches, news moments and initiatives. The Senior Account Executive will manage multiple day-to-day client and agency requests across business groups in a dynamic team environment. This position will drive consumer PR campaigns and support launches with media, influencers, and consumers. The SAE will partner with our clients to drive brand recognition, relevance, and resonance on a global scale.
We are excited to make this a hybrid role where in addition to traditional comms this role will have some knowledge and experience in a few or all of the following areas:
- Partner with social strategy lead to develop goals/KPIs, as well as organic and paid social media strategies
- Construct compelling social campaigns and write briefs to inform production and/or creative design
- Manage paid and organic social media campaigns from concept to reporting, including traffic/ oversight/ ongoing optimization
- Maintain a deep knowledge and expertise of content types and audiences across all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Oversee/coordinate any live moments/coverage on social media channels
- Skilled copywriter/editor of content
- Help team meet KPIs through increased engagement and audience size across social platforms
- Participate in campaign and pitch brainstorms
- Monitor social landscape to stay ahead of moments and predict trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
- Should have understanding and ability to use Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator a plus.

WE are seeking an Account Manager to join our Microsoft Commercial PR team!
Our account director will create, manage, and execute PR campaigns with media, influencer's, and consumers on behalf of our clients.
This position will be responsible for a significant component of the communications program for a major cloud provider client - Microsoft Azure!
Specifically this role will help lead the day to day on tech announcements and exec comms. for key businesses within the cloud industry, notably quantum computing and cloud infrastructure. This person would also be at the helm of our needle-moving storytelling efforts, tracking developments and identifying opportunities to connect with influencer's on important topics and news moments. This includes partnering with clients to define and evolve the future of our ongoing storytelling program, including alignment to the broader communications, and marketing efforts.
