In this capacity, the Account Manager will act as a strategic counselor to Microsoft, identifying emerging issues and determining strategic approaches and messaging while navigating media engagements to help manage high-volume and high-complexity news cycles.

The Account Manager will be a vital member of a team responsible for managing issues and executing PR campaigns for Microsoft on hot-topic announcements and news that are at the intersection of AI, law, litigation, and technology. You will work closely with our client and team leads, helping manage fast-moving cycles while engaging directly with a wide array of technology, policy, legal, and trade media. Your greatest strengths will be the ability to bring insights and use data to strategize on communications plans and the capacity to help execute major media relations motions (proactive and reactive), particularly as they relate to emerging issues, competition, and AI regulation. You will also bring new ideas for our storytelling and have the ability to pivot quickly to help defend against reputational threats.
In this role, you will act as a strategic counselor to Microsoft, working to develop messaging, engaging directly with reporters and different stakeholders, and helping our team and clients navigate complicated and high-volume news cycles.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting public policy campaigns and/or issue-based media relations. Experience with litigation or legal media is a plus but not a requirement. You are someone who understands the importance of knowing your audience and loves to find creative ways to reach them. You value making the complex simple and understand how to get ahead of potential problems.
Reporting into the EMEA Client Revenue & Finance Manager based in London, this role will support the day-to-day work of the EMEA accounts payable and billing function ensuring high quality and timely delivery of transaction processing, performance management information and statutory requirements. The role will also drive ongoing improvement in finance service delivery in terms of both efficiency and effectiveness.
As a part of the team, you will help create and land campaigns that shape policy and influence thought leaders around hot issues of the day, including cybersecurity, the responsible use of AI, and securing the upcoming election from the threats of foreign influence. This position will help strategize and run announcements for clients while also managing fast-moving news cycles to drive clients’ desired goals, working directly with a wide group of technology, trade and political media and key influencers. We seek someone who can bring new ideas to the table for how to land messages, and can help their clients stay abreast of new trends in communications. You will also be growing the skills of junior staff, teaching them skills like to how to build media lists, work with the press and develop messaging that resonates with key audiences.
This role can be based out of our Bellevue, WA office or remotely in the Washington DC area.

We are looking for a brilliant new Senior Account Manager to take on the day-to-day running of a number of the top clients within our healthcare practice.
The ideal candidate will be a superstar healthcare / pharmaceutical communicator who wants an environment where passion, creativity and curiosity are valued. We are looking for someone who has experience running accounts in the healthcare industry, that span product / data communications, disease awareness campaigns, corporate communications and media campaigns.
Successful candidates will have a knack for first-class client service, top tier storytelling (content creation and media relations) and high-profile campaign delivery. They will have a deep understanding of healthcare audiences and an interest in being part of a growing practice (including the agency responsibilities that might entail). This a great chance for an experienced AM, or newer SAM to take on the challenges and opportunities that come from working for a global agency with great ambitions and greater potential.

Previous agency or healthcare experience is not a strict requirement, but you must have prior professional experience in communications, healthcare and / or project management, and be committed to professional development in this area.
