The Sr Director of Business Development works with senior leadership in our Consumer, Healthcare, and Technology sectors to qualify, progress and close new business opportunities, which includes managing and supporting priority RFPs and pitch presentations. The Sr Director works in partnership with others across the North America region to showcase our ideas, capabilities and people in compelling ways that can move our prospective clients’ business forward. The Sr Director also supports the agency's Proactive Pursuits Program, working with leadership across the agency to identify, engage and convert prospective clients. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Development.
As a member of the WE Broadcast team, you’ll have an opportunity to expand your audio and visual storytelling skills across clients in our Tech, Consumer and Healthcare sectors. Because we offer our expertise on how and when to engage with broadcast media, we’re often brought in during a company’s biggest launches and most exciting announcements. We are a fast-paced communications team that has launched LEGO Education mini figurines into space, announced a new operating system used by billions worldwide, and counsel clients who are at the forefront of the day’s most pressing issues, like cybersecurity and climate change.
This Account Executive will assist on helping land coverage that changes the way audiences think about our clients through visual and audio storytelling insights and a deep understanding of how people consume news. This position will help strategize for clients while managing fast-moving news cycles to drive clients’ desired outcomes. You will help the team keep a pulse on the media landscape, working to find new contacts and track how our clients show up.
Bellevue, WA location preferred. Can work remotely until physical offices re-open, then we'll work a flexible hybrid schedule.
We’re looking for an influencer marketing leader to join our consumer sector.
The Account Director will be responsible for developing innovative influencer marketing campaigns with digital influencers, activating these campaigns as a key part of the account team, and providing counsel and best practices for a breadth of clients across the sector. This position will oversee and run end-to-end campaigns from campaign briefing through influencer strategy and selection, while overseeing campaign execution, and reporting.
You’ll be a great fit for this job if you have a solid track record in planning and delivering campaigns with creators and influencers across paid, earned and shared media, a strong ability to design and execute successful measurable influencer campaigns, a deep understanding of how influencer marketing fits within the marketing and communications mix, and the high-caliber leadership skills needed to build and nurture client and team relationships. Your ability to spot creators on the rise as well as those who are already established will help you service the varying needs of clients.

This position can be based out of any of WE Communication’s offices and will work remotely until our physical offices reopen (then will be a hybrid or remote schedule.)

WE Communications is looking for a Senior Vice President to lead global media strategy and news for one of our anchor technology accounts. This candidate will partner with the EVP and Head of Corporate Issues and Global Media Strategy and be responsible for building out and managing a new team focused on growing our collective skillsets and furthering the account’s overall depth and engagement with the media, from journalist to publisher.
