Codeword is looking for an Account Director who will be in a senior strategic and creative client-facing position. This person will work with senior management to ensure that their teams deliver creative and forward-thinking client service. They are responsible for meeting client expectations and ensuring the client is kept fully up to date with critical activity on the account. In addition, they are responsible for developing that relationship by identifying and offering additional services and leading organic growth, thereby impacting revenue and income. The AD assists in sourcing and closing new clients, as well. The AD remains a generalist across client industries, however may have a particular industry vertical in which they are most passionate, adept and have demonstrated consistent results.
Codeword is in need of a super-organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy art director and designer to work on a variety of projects with a healthy amount of independence. You will be collaborating closely with our team of designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers, designing a steady stream of visual content for a major tech client. You will be involved in concepting new ideas, producing work, and reviewing work from junior team members.
Codeword does have a remote first approach to hiring but highly encourage face-to-face time in the office. The great thing is that we will never mandate you to go in!
Codeword is in need of a super-organized, detail-oriented Junior Designer/Art Director to work on a variety of projects with a healthy amount of independence. You will be collaborating closely with our team of designers, editors, strategists, and account managers, designing a steady stream of visual content for our digital publishing clients. That will involve creating various digital visual assets from sketch to production; sourcing and editing photography to accompany articles; creating original graphics for social posts; designing/formatting a presentation in Powerpoint or Google Slides.

Codeword agency is growing and we’re in need of a creative, experienced individual to lead our agency marketing efforts as Marketing Director.
As a senior-level strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will manage high level marketing strategies for the agency, as well as leading day-to-day execution across our paid/owned/earned channels, with support from our world-class team.
The Marketing Director will report directly to the partners, and work closely with agency leadership both at Codeword and at our parent company, WE Communications. Codeword hasn’t had a marketing lead before (we haven’t done much marketing at all), so there will be plenty of initial work to help us refine our brand, solidify our priorities for 2022, create a marketing plan to support those priorities, and then develop the processes to put the plan into action.
